IPO - Cochlear Implant RA is an application that uses Augmented Reality technology to complement the content present in the book "IPO Cochlear Implant" written by Dr. Rogério Hamerschmidt and by Dr. Giovana Spilere Peruchi, and published by IPO-Instituto Paranaense de Otorrinolaringologia in 2020 This publication receives digital updates of surgeries captured in high resolution, edited and aided by computer graphics to standardize teaching and add digital value to the printed publication.

Augmented Reality is a visualization technology with camera, image and tracking! The technology consists of integrating computer generated images in physical environments in real time! Today it is quite popular due to the evolution and the easy access to smartphones that contain digital cameras. When you run the application, your phone's camera will turn on. Just point the camera at the images in the chapter on surgical procedures.
