Impossible to create an account. Everytime I send my valid documents and picture of my face I have to wait 2h to get it verified by the company just to have to repeat the exact same process without any response (mail or in app) explaining the reason why the registration failed. Deceiving service.

Empresa lixo, programada no backend pra segurar o dinheiro, dificulta casa passo pra não repassar o dinheiro, if it were possible I would change companies, as it doesn't help the customer at all
