Nexus CRM brings together your team's contacts and appointments in a simple, secure experience, ready to work even when the internet is unavailable.

OFFLINE CONTACTS

Register, consult, and update contacts without needing a connection. Data is protected on the device and is automatically synchronized when the internet returns.

TEAM SCHEDULE

Configure available days and times, appointment durations, breaks, minimum advance notice, and limits for new appointments. Add blocks, days off, and extra hours whenever necessary.

RESERVATION MANAGEMENT

Track pending requests and confirmed appointments. Accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments, record completed appointments, and identify when someone doesn't show up.

APPOINTMENT LINKS

Create personalized links so clients or team members can request one or more appointments without needing to create an account. You decide whether each request requires approval or will be automatically confirmed.

INFORMATION SHARED WITH THE TEAM

Contacts, availability, and reservations are linked to the correct organization, keeping data separate between teams.

OPTIONAL LOCATION

When authorized, Nexus CRM can record the location associated with a contact's registration. It's also possible to manually enter the address. The use of location is optional and can be changed in the settings.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Authentication protects account access. On Android, locally stored contacts use an encrypted database, and sensitive session data is stored securely on the device.
