About this app

SysMestre is the complete management system for Masonic Lodges. It brings together, in a single application, everything that the Secretariat, Chancery, and Treasury need on a daily basis — with security, organization, and quick access via mobile phone.

MEMBERSHIP ROSTER
Keep the roster always updated: brother data, degrees, positions, dates, and history. Permissions are defined by position, so that each person accesses only what is appropriate for them.

ATTENDANCE AND FREQUENCY
Register attendance at sessions via the panel, kiosk, or the brother's own mobile phone, with location confirmation when the Lodge configures it. Monitor attendance and handle absences clearly.

SESSIONS AND AGENDA
Schedule sessions, send notices, and keep everyone informed about the next meeting with notifications on their device.

MINUTES (BALUSTRATE)
Assemble the session minutes with automatically filled data, voice dictation support, and print-ready PDF generation. If desired, record the session audio to support the Secretariat.

FINANCES AND MONTHLY FEES
Control monthly fees, issue invoices, and monitor the treasury transparently, facilitating the Treasurer's routine.

CHANCELLERY AND VISITS
Organize visitors, register and validate visit certificates, and manage the Chancellery's routine.

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN BROTHERS AND LODGES
The "Between Columns" bulletin board and direct messages bring brothers and Lodges closer together, with moderation and reporting and blocking tools to maintain a respectful environment.

Session and attendance notifications, customizable quick access, and comfortable reading. Your data is transmitted with encryption, and you can request the deletion of your account at any time.

SysMestre is a private administration system: access is provided by your Lodge. Speak to the secretary to obtain your credentials.
