Awful to use at every step of the way. You can only add credit in preset increments so you have to add more than the cost of a single wash (not great if you're visiting a hostel and only want to use it once), and you can only book a time slot, so if the machine isn't in use you can't select start *now*, you have to wait until the next hour. One of the most frustrating apps I've ever used.

If I could give this app negative stars, I would. App doesn't work at all, whenever I select an option it just goes to a loading screen and immediately sends me back to the main page. App IS NOT FUNCTIONAL!

English review: It used to work normally in my first address. Now, as I've moved to a different place, it won't change to my current location. I have changed address in the app already, reinstalled it, re-logged and nothing worked. Review em português: costumava funcionar normalmente no meu primeiro endereço. Mas, eu me mudei para outro lugar, e o aplicativo não muda meu endereço antigo para o novo. Ja tentei de tudo e nada funcionou. Se for fazer um app, faça ele funcional.
