6. Receive digital documents on app

After the consultation, you receive directly in the app:

• Digital prescription with ICP-Brasil signature, accepted at any pharmacy in Brazil
• Medical certificate with validation QR Code
• Request for laboratory or imaging exams
• Referral to a specialist when necessary

All documents can be downloaded as PDFs and shared via WhatsApp, email, or printed.

In emergency situations (chest pain, heavy bleeding, severe shortness of breath, seizure, fainting, suspected stroke or heart attack), seek immediate medical attention at the nearest emergency room or call 192 (SAMU). Telemedicine does not replace in-person care in life-threatening cases or complex physical examinations.
