About this app

Tifólio is the studio for creators: designers, illustrators, photographers, architects, and everyone who works on projects with clients. The app puts your studio's day in the palm of your hand.

TODAY, AT A GLANCE
Open the app, and you already know what to do: what's overdue, what's due this week, how much money is coming in this month, and which contracts are waiting for signature. The studio's interface changes when something needs your help.

PROJECTS AND STAGES
Each project has a deadline, stages, and sub-stages. Mark what's finished with a tap, see how many days are left until delivery, and change the project phase without opening your computer.

TEAM AND CONVERSATION
Invite your team and mark who's responsible for each stage. The conversation stays within the stage, with emojis, and the project money remains yours alone.

CONTRACTS TO SIGN
Upload the PDF and mark where each person signs, or just add their emails. Track who opened and who signed, and receive a notification the moment the client signs.

BRIEFINGS AND FORMS
Create a briefing or a quote request from ready-made templates. Choose the cover, background, and color, see how the client will receive it, and send the link. The response arrives on your cell phone.

COMMUNITY AND PORTFOLIO
Publish work whenever you want, follow other creatives, comment, react, and chat via message. Your profile shows your portfolio projects live.

MONEY AND MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur)
Installments for each project, what has already been received, and what is still to be received. If you are a MEI, the app reminds you of the DAS (Simplified Tax Collection Document) before it's due and notifies you when your revenue is nearing the limit.

THE SAME STUDIO ON THE WEBSITE
Everything you do in the app appears on app.tifolio.com.br, and vice versa.

FREE TO START
You can use Tifólio for free, with one project and one form. The PRO version unlocks everything without limits, with a 7-day free trial.

What’s new

O Ollie agora fala.
