Absolute garbage app for managing your mobile account. The requirement to disconnect from WiFi to login to your account is mind boggling. And in the last 6 months I've only been able to login twice because the app has an infinite load bug or something. And nothing else can be done to fix it. I never received a password to login to my account the normal way so I have to play the lottery with the auto login using mobile data. What a nightmare this app is.

Terrible App with a terrible provider. I purchased a sim and registered. Installed the App using my CPF. For that the App had someone else's name and address so this cannot be secure. Contacted TIM and was told to go to a store. The store told me to call the cotact centre. They told me that they changed the data and I had to wait 7 days. Aftet 7 days called again. Was told to go to a store. The store told me to call the contact centre. This has been going on for three weeks. Absolutely useless.

This App definitely has a problem while starting, the feature that you will use your mobile data to login sometimes don't work for days, and then you do not receive a single warn about the problem, the famous infinite loop. Good apps handle these errors and inform the user about it :D
