TimeTicket Staff is the team's tool at the kit distribution counter.

Scan the registration QR code, verify the athlete's information, and process the kit in seconds.

The app works offline. Download the athlete list before the event and operate all day, even in a pavilion without signal: the kits are stored on the device and automatically upload when the connection returns, without any action from the team.

When the QR code doesn't read, a manual search finds the athlete by name, bib number, or CPF (Brazilian tax ID), and opens the same confirmation card.

FOR THE MANAGER
A live monitor shows the progress of the kit distribution, the pace per minute, the estimated completion time, and where the bottleneck is. The team can be reassigned between stages in two taps, without leaving the counter.

CONFERENCE SCREEN
A second device becomes a screen facing the queue, displaying in real time the data of those being served, so the athlete can verify their own information before receiving their kit.

TRACK OF STEPS
Events that divide the withdrawal into stations, such as conferences and deliveries, track the timeline of each registration: where the person has been, where they are now, and what is missing.
