Organize your documents easily. Navigate through folders and subfolders intuitively. Create, rename, and manage your document structure directly from your mobile phone. Switch between list or grid view according to your preference.

Scan documents with your camera. Transform paper documents into digital files. Capture multiple pages at once, with automatic conversion to PDF and metadata filling using predefined templates.

Sign digitally from anywhere. Send documents for signature with support for multiple signatories, deadlines, and ordered workflows. Track the status of each signature in real time — pending, signed, rejected.

Security first. Secure login via QR Code with OAuth 2.0 and Keycloak authentication. Protect app access with biometrics (fingerprint, Face ID) or device PIN. Your tokens are stored in encrypted form.

Works even offline. Browse cached documents and queue uploads for when the connection returns. iGED automatically synchronizes your data as soon as you are online.

Real-time notifications. Receive instant alerts about document updates, signature requests, and comments. Never miss an important deadline.
