The uCondo application can be used by administrators, liquidators, porters, residents and has several features, among which are the main ones:

• NOTICES: Announcements sent by liquidators or administrators, residents will receive real-time notifications in the uCondo app. No more papers stuck in the elevator or informal whatsapp groups.

• RESERVATIONS: Residents make reservations for common spaces (barbecues, ballrooms…) through the uCondo app. No more calling the concierge or superintendent to consult the space agenda.

• CORRESPONDENCES: Looking forward to the delivery of the order that is about to arrive? Doormen take pictures of the packages and the resident receives a QRCode to pick it up at the entrance. No more notebooks with letters that nobody understands.

• INVOICES: Receive the condominium fee through the app and with 1 click copy the bar code to pay in your Internet Banking. Did you win? No problem: generate the 2nd copy and pay instantly! No more slips down at the door or hours on the phone to generate a 2 copy.

• ACCESS: “Diarist Maria arrived at your condominium” this is the notification you receive in the uCondo app when someone arrives at your house! All centralized entry and exit control of the condominium! No more security breaches, make your home safe.

• CALLED: See a burnt out lightbulb in your block? Open the uCondo app, take a photo and send it to your management right away! Register your: doubts, suggestions, maintenance, complaints and requests. No more occurrence books.

• MAINTENANCE: Find out when that Water Tank cleaning will take place and schedule maintenance for the condominium. Trustees organize themselves with the demands of the condominium. No more inconvenience and communication failures in maintenance.
