About this app

Usb Gestão is the manager app for companies that use Usb Ponto. With it, you can monitor and manage your team's time and attendance from your mobile phone, using the same rules as the web panel.

Pending Issues in One Place
• The Home screen shows how many time and attendance adjustments, absences, clockings outside the digital fence, clockings outside the schedule, requests to ignore clocking, and inconsistencies are awaiting your attention.

• Receive notifications when a new pending issue arises.

Approvals
• Approve or reject time and attendance adjustments: the requested time becomes valid and the day is recalculated, or the original clocking is maintained and the employee is notified.

• Approve or reject pending absences, clockings outside the fence or schedule, and requests to ignore clocking.

• Select multiple records and decide on them all at once.

Entries
• Enter absences as leave, sick leave, time off, or justified absence, for the entire day or by time, for one or more employees.

• Record the clocking-in/clocking-out that the employee forgot, with justification. It remains in the system as a manager's entry.

Team Monitoring
• See the clocking-in/clocking-out records for each day next to the scheduled timetable.

• Check where the team clocked in/out during the period, with the coordinates recorded by GPS.

• Check the balance of each employee's time bank.

• Find absences, odd clocking-in/clocking-out records, and record discrepancies with a note.

Preserved Record
• The original clocking-in/clocking-out record is never altered: adjustments and ignored clocking-in/clocking-out records are saved in the history, with the justification.

Closed period days do not accept changes, and the app warns you before you try.

Multiple Companies
• If you manage more than one company, switch between them without leaving the app.

To use Usb Gestão, you need to have manager access granted by your company in Usb Ponto. What appears in the app follows the permissions of your profile. Employees clock in/out through the Usb Ponto app.

• Filtros mais enxutos: busca e filtros em uma linha, e o período numa folha que rola. Em celular menor, o botão Aplicar não fica mais fora da tela.
• Lançar ponto manual agora tem permissão própria, separada da Gestão de horas.
• O teclado fecha ao tocar fora do campo.
• Os botões de confirmar não ficam mais escondidos atrás da barra de navegação.
• Em Inconsistências e Ausências a busca subiu para o topo, sobrando mais espaço para a lista.
