Zapp is a support app for third-party delivery drivers. It allows:
Registering the delivery driver in the establishment's ERP via QR Code;
Recording delivery flow events (pickup at the location, attempted delivery, return);
Batch completion, when all app information is deleted, leaving the app ready for a new cycle.
Key point: Zapp does not store data permanently. It only displays data from the ERP and transmits the delivery driver's events back. Data storage is the responsibility of each establishment's (pharmacy) ERP.
