About this app

ID Piauí is the official digital identity application of the Institute of Identification of the Civil Police of the State of Piauí.

Now you can have your Piauí Digital ID always available on your mobile device. ID Digital Piauí is a free application that provides greater data privacy, security and practicality when identifying yourself.

IMPORTANT:
To use the ID Piauí app, check that your identity card has a QR Code on the inside (available on the printed RG issued from 10/2022).
The digital version using the Piauí ID is valid throughout the national territory and has the same legal value as the printed version.
For your safety, this app cannot be used on two or more devices at the same time.

Access to your Digital Identity document, regardless of internet connectivity, after completing the first validation of the document;
Storing and transporting your identification information more securely through biometric and password protection;
The digital version does not require a notarized copy, since it is valid as well as the printed document;

HOW TO USE THE DIGITAL RG:
Step 1: Install the ID Piauí application on your mobile device. For the first access, it is necessary to have the printed version issued after October 2022.

Step 2: Identify the QR Code on the inside of your printed ID and follow the instructions for code validation and biometric verification of your face.

Step 3: Done! Now just wait for confirmation of your data.

In a few minutes, your Digital ID will be available on your mobile device for greater convenience and security.
