V-Alert — Help at a Gesture's Distance

V-Alert is the emergency activation app that connects you directly to the call center. In a risky situation, every second counts: with a simple swipe of your finger, your distress call is sent with your location, and you can follow the entire call on your phone screen.

FAST AND SAFE ACTIVATION
On the home screen, swipe the emergency button to initiate activation. A countdown gives you a few seconds to cancel in case of accidental touch — preventing unintended activations. At the end of the countdown, the request is automatically sent to the call center, along with your GPS position.

YOUR REAL-TIME LOCATION
After activation, the app continuously sends your position to the call center, allowing the response team to know exactly where you are. You can see everything on a map, with the address automatically identified from the coordinates.

ALWAYS CORRECT ADDRESS
GPS not working properly or are you in a different location? No problem: you can manually edit the address, providing the street, number, and neighborhood. The app locates the point on the map and updates the information sent to the central dispatch.

INCIDENT TRACKING
Track the status of your call in real time: from the registration of the request to the dispatch of the vehicle and the closure of the service. You know, at every moment, what stage your incident is at.

CONSCIOUS CANCELLATION
Did you activate it by mistake or was the situation resolved? You can cancel the incident by stating the reason — as long as the vehicle is not yet on its way, ensuring responsible use of the service.

WORKS EVEN WITHOUT INTERNET
Lost your connection during the emergency? V-Alerta registers your request and sends it automatically as soon as the connection is restored. You are notified on the screen about the sending status, without needing to do anything.
