About this app

Voicing organizes the schedule of who plays together: band, worship team, music group, or choir. Who plays, when, with which song, and in what key. All in one place, instead of three message groups and a spreadsheet that nobody opens.

SET UP THE SCHEDULE IN MINUTES
The engine suggests the team by looking at who has played a lot, who is absent, who has notified that they cannot make it, and who plays each function. You adjust whatever you want before publishing; the final decision always rests with the leader.

EVERYONE CONFIRMS THEIR ATTENDANCE
The person receives the notification on their cell phone, confirms with one tap, and those who cannot make it say so beforehand, not at the time. The leader sees the entire schedule and knows where people are missing.

REPERTOIRE WITH KEY, CHORDS, AND AUDIO
Each song saves the key, tempo, chords, and audio link. The musical notation instantly adapts to the singer's key, and the stage mode displays the lyrics large, preventing the screen from going blank mid-praise.

PRE-REHEARSAL AT HOME
Each member marks the songs they've already learned. The leader opens the rehearsal knowing where to begin, instead of discovering halfway through that no one has studied the new song.

CAREFUL TEAM MONITOR
Attendance, absences, lateness, and rotation of each person and each role. No ranking or grades: it serves to see who is disappearing before losing them.

GROUP ANNOUNCEMENTS
The leadership's message arrives as a notification, regardless of who read the group message.

MULTIPLE TEAMS ON THE SAME ACCOUNT
In the Max plan, each team has its own schedule, repertoire, and roster, with leadership overseeing everything. It's suitable for the church with worship teams, youth and children's groups, and for those involved in more than one project.

PLANS
Voicing is free for up to 10 people, with all features. Above that number, the plan is for the group, not the individual: the person responsible for payment is transferable, and those who leave the group do not take the plan with them.

Subscriptions: Essential (up to 50), Pro (up to 100), and Max (up to 2,000, with subgroups), on monthly and annual cycles. Billing is done through the store's account, renews automatically, and can be canceled at any time in the account settings.

Stage pad: sustained sounds, percussion and effects in the key of the scheduled song, with a media control that follows you in the app. Mark who sings and how on any passage of the lyrics. Medleys on the schedule, and the stage announces the transition. Event dress code, team rotation and learners without taking a slot. Bring someone from outside into a schedule by invite or role request; they leave on their own later. Schedules on the 1st or last Sunday, quick actions your way and team photos.
