VrumTech is a Brazilian platform created to bring customers and automotive repair shops closer together, making service faster, more organized, and more transparent.
With VrumTech, customers can request services for cars, motorcycles, trucks, tractors, and other vehicles, find available repair shops, send problem information, track service orders, receive quotes, view inspection checklists, approve services, and monitor each stage of the service through the app.
For repair shops, VrumTech functions as a digital management and service tool. The shop can receive customer requests, create service orders, organize appointments, register inspections, prepare quotes with parts and services, generate PDFs, track payments, send updates, and maintain a history of services in one place.
VrumTech's goal is to facilitate communication between customers and repair shops. Customers better understand what is happening with their vehicle, while the repair shop gains more control over services, quotes, scheduling, and customer relationships.
