About this app

Smart Desk 2.0 is V.tal's internal application for field operations, for the exclusive use of authorized technicians, supervisors, and administrators.

With it, the field technician:
• Receives and executes assigned work orders
• Records attendance and verifies the execution of activities
• Attaches photos and evidence of technical visits
• Communicates with the supervisor and the support center
• Tracks the status of each activity in real time

The supervisor, in addition, monitors the team, approves requests, and tracks the progress of the day's activities.

This app requires a corporate login (V.tal employee ID) and is not available for public use — it is restricted to employees and authorized service providers of V.tal's field operations.
