About this app

Quality, safety, and environmental management. ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 standards.

WEETSistem is the Continuous Improvement Management Software application for your company, in the areas of quality, occupational safety, and the environment. It was developed by ADESIG – SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT.
This application generates notifications of pending items, deadlines, commitments, and alerts for pending tasks in the WEETSistem Software.
It also allows the registration of occurrences for handling in WEETSistem, in addition to the application of audit and inspection checklists.

The WEETSistem software (www.weetsgi.com.br) is a tool developed as a result of the evolution of ADESIG's META-BUSINESS MANAGEMENT methodology. The experience of hundreds of completed consulting, training, and audit projects in companies has been consolidated in the WEETSistem tools. This has become a tool for automating management processes in companies certified with International Standards such as ISO, OHSAS, PBQP-H, QUALIHAB, SASSMAQ, GMP, ONA, TS, SA, INMETRO, FAIR TRADE, ORGANIC PRODUCT, among others, thus being a Multi-Standard System.

WEETSistem is a system that was created for the purposes of:
• Business Strategic Planning;

• Implementation and Management of the Integrated Management System (IMS);

• Electronic management of processes, audits and controls required by Management Standards in order to meet their regulatory requirements;

• Electronic management of normative documentation and records.

• Process management system, workflow construction and process mapping;

• Franchise management through tools for process regulation, product and service specification, indicator monitoring, electronic auditing and supplier qualification.

Key Features of WEETSistem:
• Modules – 30 integrated modules available
• Corporate License – Unlimited number of users and access
• Intuitiveness – Very user-friendly interface and learning resources
• Single System – Improvement updates released to all user companies
• SaaS – Software as a Service contract

Methodology - WEETSistem operates as a SaaS (Software as a Service) focused on Quality Management, Productivity, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management, and Integrated Management. It was developed using the META-BUSINESS MANAGEMENT methodology of ADESIG, drawing on the experience of its team in over 700 projects for companies certified with standards such as ISO, OHSAS, GMP, FSC, ONA, PBQP-H, SASSMAQ, HACCP/APPCC, QUALIHAB, among other similar standards regulating processes and products.

Application – Applies to maintaining certification in companies where their management and production processes need to be controlled to meet applicable requirements for planning, development, input and output control, results evaluation, performance, activity monitoring, measurement, and auditing. For all this, WEETSistem has the most flexible and intelligent tools.

Integration - The system has resources for integration with other systems in the registration of people, suppliers, customers, and data for automatic updating of statistical indicators.

Scope - WEETSistem is not a complete ERP software because it does not have tools for managing accounting, tax operations, personnel department, payroll, supplies, and assets. The Financial, Commercial/CRM, Purchasing, and Production Planning and Control modules are simplified tools, not robust, for simple controls, as the purpose of the entire system is the management of processes, documents, and information for the certification of the company and its products.

Audit Trail - The system has an Audit Trail in the main modules, ensuring traceability of operations and records made by users.
