Through both the ADBENS website and the app, residents, trustees, councilors, employees and service providers of the condominium can perform their tasks and organize their routines simply, quickly, efficiently and above all from anywhere and anytime.
With ADBENS, condominium living is much smarter. Features (varies depending on the enabled plan):
- complete register of tenants, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between landlord and residents with pending control, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (in moderation).
- reservations in the ballroom, changes and other agendas,
- access to the bylaws and other documents of the condominium,
- monthly fee slips - interactive month-to-month rendering of accounts with attachments of receipts and online approval of the folder
- view of the evolution of expenses by account and account group (Expenses with water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.)
- comparison of budgeted versus actual (graphics and details)
- view of delinquency (reports and graphs)
