The available resources range from the simple management of open slips for opening the doors of the building using the integrations available in the application. All with the same login and password, receiving push-ups for the most important issues, online and real-time access.

With Assecon, condo life is much smarter. Features (vary depending on the enabled plan):
- complete registration of tenants, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between liquidator and residents with control of pending matters, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (in moderation).
