Zangari
Our history begins in 1974, an easy year for our country in terms of economy. Contrary to pessimistic expectations, Stefano Zangari, an accountant and economist, founded the Zangari Organization in the neighborhood of Itaim Bibi in the city of São Paulo, aimed at providing accounting services.
Our history has made us one of the most respected property and condominium administrators in the largest city in Latin America, making us look at the past with pride, and the future with confidence.
Both through the Zangari website and through the application, the residents, trustees, counselors, employees and service providers of the condominium can carry out their tasks and organize their routines in a simple, fast, efficient and above all from any place and at any time.
The available resources range from the simple management of the open slips as to the opening of the building's doors using the integrations available in the application. All with the same login and password, receiving push-ups for the most important issues, online access and in real time.
With Zangari, condo life is much smarter. Functionalities (vary according to the enabled plan):
- complete registration of tenants, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between superintendent and residents with pending control, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (in moderation).

- monthly fee slips - interactive month-to-month accountability with attachments of receipts and online approval of the portfolio
