Crossblast is a turn-based puzzle about one thing: planning the perfect blast. Every charge sends a wave out in a cross. Waves break blocks, set off dormant charges and chain into bigger and bigger combos. Clear every block with the charges you have and the level is yours.
HOLD TO SEE, RELEASE TO PLANT
Hold a finger on any cell and the preview shows where the wave goes, what it breaks and which charges it sets off. Drag off the board to change your mind. No timer, no rush: just you and the board.
A TOUR AROUND THE WORLD
Travel from the sandstone of Egypt to the glaciers of Iceland, the paper walls of Japan and the canals of the Netherlands. Every country brings a new piece that changes how the wave behaves:
• paper walls that hold back the first wave and tear
• mirrors that turn the wave 90 degrees
• long charges that reach further
• marble columns that only break from their open side
• fireworks that go off in an X
• canals the wave crosses for free
EXPEDITIONS
Two exclusive countries for experienced players: the collapsing copper mines of Chile, where blocks fall after every charge, and the Patagonian glacier of Argentina, where the wave pushes the ice until it hits something.
MORE TO PLAY
• 10 hand-picked levels and 2 special levels per country, where every charge goes off the moment you release it
• an infinite mode with 300 levels per country, from easy to fiendish
• stars for solving on the first try, crystals for those who look for another way
• a hint when you are stuck, and a glossary that explains every piece
