Zeitlog is your company's digital time tracking system on your mobile phone. Employees clock in and out with just a few taps; the company monitors everything through the website zeitlog.com.br.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Access is created by the company. If your company already uses Zeitlog, log in with your CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and the password provided by HR. If you are the owner and want to test it, create a company account at zeitlog.com.br and register your team — it takes less than 2 minutes.
IN THE APP (EMPLOYEE)
• Clock in and out in just a few taps: arrival, break, and departure, with proof of each entry.
• Works without internet: clockings are saved on the device and synchronize automatically when the signal returns.
• GPS validation: the map shows where you are and where you need to be to clock in.
• Selfie at clocking in: identity is verified on the device itself, without sending a raw photo.
• Monthly time sheet: check your hours and sign the sheet via your mobile phone, with history.
• Time Bank: updated balance, without waiting for closing.
• Requests: request time adjustments or justify absences by attaching a photo or PDF of the medical certificate.
• Schedule, holidays and vacations: days without work are not counted as absences.
• Collective clocking in/out: the supervisor registers the entire team at once — designed for construction sites and field teams.
• Daily notes and approval notifications directly on your cell phone.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Data hosted in Brazil, isolated by company and encrypted in transit. Facial verification happens on the device itself. Photos of the record are deleted within the timeframe defined by the company. Built in the spirit of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

• O indicador de força da senha ficou mais rigoroso: senhas comuns como "123456" agora aparecem como fracas, mesmo tendo letras e números.
• A regra de senha passou a ser a mesma no aplicativo e no site, evitando senha aceita em um lugar e recusada no outro.
• Quando a empresa desativa o acesso de um funcionário, ele deixa de valer na hora — inclusive para registrar ponto.
