If you had a problem with an electricity company, in this app you can:

- Register a complaint about a company to the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL);

- Monitor responses to registered complaints;

- Check information on electricity tariffs, consumer rights and duties;

- Check the assessment of the electricity company with ANEEL;

- Make suggestions, compliments and complaints.

Before filing a complaint with ANEEL, try to resolve the problem with the energy company. If the problem is not resolved, write down the company's service protocol. This information will be requested when registering a complaint with ANEEL.

ANEEL will analyze the complaint and send it to the energy company for clarification and solution of the problem.

The application was developed for consumers in Brazil.
