If you had a problem with an electric company, in this app you can:
- Register a complaint about a company to the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL);
- Monitor responses to registered complaints;
- Check information on electricity tariffs, consumer rights and duties;
- Verify the evaluation of the electricity company with ANEEL;
- Make suggestions, compliments and complaints.
Before filing a complaint with ANEEL, try to resolve the problem with the power company. If the problem is not solved, write down the protocol for your service by the company. This information will be requested when filing a complaint with ANEEL.
ANEEL will analyze the complaint and send it to the energy company for clarification and solution of the problem.
