SOL is an interactive application that allows you to automate the purchasing process, connecting buyers and suppliers to products and services. The software will communicate with the SMI Monitoring and Information Systems of projects supported by the World Bank and will allow to search the products to be acquired, register interested suppliers, locate these entities and suppliers and save the decision process by the best proposal for the data of this choice back to the SMI.
Through the system, the acquisitions provided for in the Agreements signed between CAR and the Beneficiary Entities will be carried out in a more efficient, competitive and unbureaucratized manner, since transactions between buyers and suppliers will occur in an online environment
