The CadÚnico Offline Form is a tool developed to include or update family information in the Single Registry in a practical and efficient way, for mobile devices (cell phone and tablet). The application aims to ensure that the data collected in interviews, even without an internet connection, is imported into the Single Registry Management Portal.

The offline version is ideal for situations where internet connection is limited or non-existent, allowing data to be captured quickly and efficiently, and subsequently sent when the connection is established.

It is possible:
Complete the Main and Supplementary Forms, which are essential to include or update a family in the Single Registry;
Transmit the interviews: In the process of sending the data collected in the offline form to the database, when the device is connected to the internet.
