The Application of the City of Caeté is available free of charge for citizens interested in following through the smartphone itself, the news and the actions that are performed in the municipal legislature; view the information of parliamentarians and all the processing of legislative procedures; consult the municipal legislation and agendas; follow in real time the meetings and other actions of the legislative house; among other services. The application streamlines the availability of content, adapting to the needs of the City Council, and also facilitate access to information for the municipality and the legislature, providing more transparency and convenience in obtaining information.
Through the application, citizens can access, simply and quickly, the information regarding the services listed below:
• Legislative process: through this tool, citizens can view all legislative matters that give rise to local laws, as well as having access to all the proceedings and information relating to them: authorship, rapporteur, status of procedure, unit and all other information for the selected legislative process.
• Listing councilors: by councilors list you can see the list of all the parliamentarians who make up the legislature, with their information, biography and the possibility to contact them directly.
• TV Camera: through this option, the user can view, in real time, the sessions next to City Hall. In addition, all past sessions, either: regular, special, public hearings, ceremonies, etc., will be available on the Portal for later viewing.
• Legislation: this item, all the Laws, Ordinances, Decrees and other municipal laws will be available in a list so that citizens can see and, if necessary, download the legislation on your smartphone.
• Agenda: Accessing this option, you can view the agendas, which are displayed in chronological order by number and date of publication, improving the organization of files.
• News: In this item, the citizen can see through the application itself, all the materials that are available on the Transparency Portal of the City Council. The reports are displayed in a list organized by date and features, in addition to texts, images associated with matter and other related content to it, enabling people to obtain more information on the subject of interest.
Contact Us: through this tool with a simple registration, any citizen can send a message to the City Hall and receive the answer by e-mail or query it through the system by decreasing the distance between the administration and citizens.
The Application of the City of Caeté also has a search engine for keywords, to facilitate the location of any content available in the House database. In addition, the application provides routing links to the platforms that the City Council uses the Internet, facilitating navigation and access to information.
