The PRF Expertise Application is an internal corporate system of the PRF (Brazilian Federal Highway Police) that aims to serve as a support tool for PRF agents to:

Register traffic accidents on federal highways in a standardized, secure, and digital manner;

Collect and store data on the road, vehicles involved, and people (drivers, passengers, pedestrians, witnesses);

Support the preparation of the Traffic Accident Expert Report (LPST);

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the data recorded during the police incident response.

Main Functionalities:

Identification: Registration of vehicles, drivers, passengers, and pedestrians involved.

Road Characterization: Collection of data on pavement condition, horizontal/vertical signage, and weather conditions.

Survey Tools: Performing metric tie-ins through triangulation or Cartesian plane.

Photographic Evidence: Capture and organization of photos of the accident scene, vehicle damage, and traces.

Offline Operation: Ability to operate in locations without internet coverage, with automatic subsequent synchronization.
