The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, in partnership with Sebrae, provides suppliers with the Compras.gov.br application, allowing them to monitor public procurement processes.
With an intuitive layout and modern design, the application offers fast and practical navigation, facilitating the execution of bidding processes within the system.
Companies that are not yet government suppliers can register directly in the application and thus participate in bidding processes.
Through the application, it is possible to register proposals for direct contracting through electronic exemption, electronic auction, electronic competition, and electronic contest.
And it is possible to submit bids directly through the application for direct contracting through electronic exemption.
Learn about some of the application's features:
- Register my company:
Register your company in the Unified Supplier Registration System (Sicaf), providing your CNPJ/CPF. This will enable your company to participate in bidding processes.
Important: The company must have an active registration with the Federal Revenue Service to complete the process.
- Proposal Registration:
Register proposals for electronic waivers, electronic auctions, electronic bidding, and electronic competitions directly through the app. Simply choose the opportunity with a valid registration deadline. Proposals will be available in the app and on the web.
- Bid Submission:
It is possible to submit bids for purchases made through electronic waivers in the app. Select the electronic waiver that has a valid bidding deadline, select the desired item, and submit your bid.
To submit bids, it is necessary to have registered the proposal for the item in question.
- Supplier Selection:
It is possible to monitor and interact in the judgment and qualification phases of both direct contracting through electronic waivers and electronic bidding. Negotiate, respond to chat messages, and send attachments (when requested) for electronic waivers and electronic bidding.
- Filters:
Customize the viewing and receipt of opportunities for contracting processes and messages. Filter by region, states, municipalities, supply line, among others.
To view procurement processes and receive notifications, you must select at least one supply line.
- Opportunities:
View procurement processes with current proposal submission deadlines.
Opportunities are presented according to the filters applied.
- Messages:
Receive communications directly in the application related to procurement processes you have favorited or submitted proposals for, as well as messages with notices, clarifications, and objections.
- Commitments:
A commitment calendar where you can view your upcoming commitments.
- Participation:
Allows suppliers who have submitted proposals to view and track electronic procurements.
- Favorites:
By favoriting a process or items of a procurement, they will become part of your commitments list. This allows you to track and observe specific events related to the favorited processes or items.
- Help:
Area with guidance on the use and main functionalities of the app.
- Download Tender Notices:
Have quick and easy access to tender notices.
