The SipamHidro application integrates the Integrated Hydrometeorological Monitoring and Alert System (Sipam Hidro) platform, which has a set of technological tools, methodologies and operational procedures capable of producing information on environmental risks (floods, floods and monitoring of severe storms) to populations riverside areas and to the large urban centers of the Amazon. The Censipam body that is part of the Federal Government's Ministry of Defense (MD) is responsible for the application, which enables federal, state and municipal authorities to adopt measures that contribute to saving lives and preserving material assets.
