Complaint Environment is an application developed by the Department of the Environment of the State of São Paulo, with the aim of being another channel through which you can file environmental complaints related to fauna, vegetation, water, soil, noise, air and fire.
Through the new app, it is possible to report directly from the cell phone, including attaching photos, videos and audios. It offers the possibility of two types of reporting: anonymous or identified. Those who choose to identify themselves are guaranteed to maintain the confidentiality of their personal data and are also able to monitor the progress of the complaint in real time.
