About this app

The Municipal Secretariat for Legal Affairs of Campinas, in the Department of Consumer Protection (PROCON of Campinas), launches an application to facilitate the registration of complaints and denunciations of citizens in the face of suppliers of products and consumer services. This is another channel that the Municipality of Campinas available, in addition to existing ones, as the Procon of Campinas City Hall (accessed through the website http://www.procon.campinas.sp.gov.br/). The development of the system was done by IMA (Computer Associates Municipalities).

In this application, you can make complaints and claims through an existing user in Procon Campinas Web system, as well as if you have no prior registration, effecting it in the application itself. In addition, you can track procedures already formalized.

In the registration of the complaint or claim, the citizen will describe the story and there is also the possibility of sending photos and a video of the claimed product.

The application allows also see information about consumer rights.
