The TCE / TO application is intended to be a quick and simple access tool to assist jurisdictions and society at large.

The application will have the option of being used with anonymous profile, being this type of access restricted for some functionality, or it may enter the TCE / TO Portal and perform the registration of the application, which will be linked the application, CPF and the device. cell phone. At this time your access profile will be identified, through which the full functionality of the application will be presented. It is noteworthy that will only be accepted registrations of users who are registered in the Single Registration System - CADUN - and have a valid digital certificate. This obligation is intended to certify the veracity of the user's identity, making it possible for the application to become an official TCE / TO communication channel in the future.

Ways of Access:

Restricted access
To access options containing personal information, the user, after downloading and installing the application on his mobile phone, will have to register by reading the QR Code.
The QR Code will be generated for the user to register in two (2) ways:

I - Online
The user will be able to access the Jurisdicionado Portal, login through 1 valid E-CPF digital certificate and choose the option “Register Device”, where will be requested and validated his mobile number and then presented on the screen the QR Code .

II - On-site
The user will personally come to the headquarters of the State of Tocantins Court of Auditors and request in the Protocol to generate a QR Code to register your application. At this time you will be asked for your personal documentation (CPF, RG, Proof of Residence), which will be validated with CADUN and will be issued a restricted access key for the application and access the Court website to register your device through key and scan the QR Code.

III - Public Access
Public access will allow the user access to the general application options.
