About this app

CPF/CNPJ – Consultas is a debt consultation application with bounced checks, developed by CREDSAT SISTEMAS E PLANEJAMENTO EMPRESARIAL LTDA. It allows users, particularly merchants and sellers, to quickly check a customer's financial health before completing a transaction.

With CPF/CNPJ – Consultas, you can enter a customer's CPF or CNPJ number and the application will consult our private databases to check if there are bad check debts associated with that number. If there are restrictions, a 5-minute timer is displayed along with the result. During this time, the user can click 'See Details' to view more information about each restriction, including the name of the document owner, the name of the bank, the branch, the first and last date of the restriction record, the amount of checks and the reason code.

Note that this is a private application and information about restrictions is obtained through queries against private databases. Despite using government-related information, the application does not represent any government entity.

To start using the CPF/CNPJ – Consultations, simply download the app for free and register to generate your access login. New users receive 03 (three) free consultations to learn about our system. After using the free consultations, you must purchase one of our consultation plans to continue carrying out consultations.
Users who already have a registered account can access the application even without a balance, but will not be able to make new consultations until a new consultation plan is purchased.
