The Citizen Complaint is the application of the Bahia State Court of Justice that will help you file complaints related to the provision of services through a simple step by step with the assistant Judi, generating a petition and a formal proceeding with scheduled preliminary hearing.

Initially available for complaints about water and electricity supply, the Citizen Complaint will facilitate access to justice and help improve service delivery.

There are two service models: the simplified one, to repair material damage; and the detailed, for moral damages repairs and injunction requests.

Through artificial intelligence and face recognition, Citizen Complaint enables secure authentication and secure data traffic from the recording of a short video to be compared with the photo of an identification document.

Upon completion of the information and the petition generated, the complaint becomes a legal process, with number, date and place of first hearing. You will then be able to follow the entire process movement through the application itself, receiving notification and reminders.
