About this app

KimonOS is the martial arts student app. If your academy uses KimonOS, this is where you track your training, check in to classes, and see your progress—from day to day, all the way to your next belt.

⚠️ Important: Access depends on an active membership at a partner academy that uses KimonOS. Your registration is created by your academy.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Quick check-in for classes—by proximity to the academy or by facial recognition (when your academy activates these features).

• Digital membership card always at hand, without needing a physical card.

• Your training schedule: see your next class and the week's program.

• Progress and gradings: track your belts, degrees, and attendance history.

• Offensive and level: maintain your training sequence, earn XP, and level up with each attendance.

• Public athlete profile: create and share your profile with modalities, achievements, and gradings (you decide whether to activate it). • Notifications: class reminders, gym announcements, and check-in confirmations.

FOR THOSE WHO TRAIN

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

You have control over your data. Facial recognition, location, and use of the Ki assistant (AI) are only used with your consent and can be disabled at any time. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use in the app.
