About this app

Printer Connect prints orders, vouchers, and receipts you receive in other apps onto Bluetooth thermal printers. Just share, review, and print.

HOW IT WORKS
1. In the source app, tap Share and choose Printer Connect.

2. Review the file type, size, preview, and destination printer.

3. Tap Print. Nothing is printed without your confirmation.

WHAT YOU CAN PRINT
• Text documents, such as orders and receipts
• PNG images, with centering option
• ESC/POS print commands
• Templates filled in by systems integrated with Printer Connect
• Print files up to 5 MB

PRINTERS
• Search, pairing, and connection to Bluetooth printers within the app
• Default printer and test print
• Quick check to see if the printer is responding
• Notification when the order indicates a printer different from the one selected

SECURE AND TRANSPARENT SHIPPING
• Print queue: new orders await the current shipment, and you can pause, resume, or cancel
• Tracking of each shipping stage
• If the connection drops, the app informs you what happened and never resends automatically
• Print again for up to 24 hours after shipping
• Local print history, which can be turned off or deleted

REQUIREMENTS
• Classic Bluetooth thermal printer compatible with ESC/POS commands
• Printers only with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi or USB devices are not compatible.
• Keep the app open until the upload is complete.
