About this app

The customer sees the available times of that service provider;

There are more than 10 categories of service providers, all in a single application. See the available categories at the end.

You (consumer) no longer need to download applications from each company/service provider of your choice in the areas of male and female beauty, as well as car washes, pet shops, etc., as they are all in a single App with low battery consumption and memory on your cell phone.

So, it works like this:
a) In your city, you choose the category in which you would like to make an appointment;
b) Then, choose from the list of companies/service providers you want to schedule;
c) click on the company/service provider, choose the service and available days/times, brand and,

READY.

Now, just go on the chosen day/time to be attended by your favorite company/service provider.

Note: Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early!

When you (client) make an appointment, the service provider is notified by email and with an internal notification from the Agendex Prestador app as follows(*):
- immediately after the event occurred;
- 24 hours before the appointment date (you and the provider); It is
- 12 hours before the appointment date (you and the provider); It is
- 6 hours before the appointment date (you and the provider); It is
- 2 hours before the scheduled time; It is
- 1 hour before the scheduled time.

(*) You define which notification(s) you want to receive.

All notifications arrive on your cell phone or computer, as follows:
1) internally, through the bell with a numeric counter (all notifications arrive using this option);
1.1) possibility of hearing the default internal notification sound (can be activated/deactivated at any time);
1.2) possibility of vibrating the cell phone (can be activated/deactivated at any time);

2) email. Only some notifications arrive via email, if you choose to receive them (you can activate/deactivate them at any time);

3) push. Only the most important notifications will arrive, such as (**):
3.1) when you make an appointment (the provider receives it);
3.2) when the provider cancels the appointment within the deadline (only you receive it);
3.3) when you cancel the appointment within the deadline (only the provider receives it).
(**) Only available on cell phones.

Both you (client) and the provider can cancel any appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Available for any version of Android and Desktop (PC).
