REURBEIRO

About this app

REURBEIRO is the app for those who carry out land regularization in Brazil: the daily work tool for REURB professionals, created by IBRF (Brazilian Institute of Land Regularization), a non-profit civil association and the largest national network of professionals who study, debate, promote and execute REURB in the country.

NOTICE: IBRF and REURBEIRO do not represent any government body, have no ties to government entities and do not provide public services. The app is an independent professional tool. The legal texts and official information gathered in it are reproduced from the original sources, indicated at the end of this description.

IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND:

• PRICING CALCULATOR: answer six questions and receive the ideal price for your regularization project, calculated using IBRF's methodology based on the territory, the families' ability to pay, and the marketable ceiling of the region. The complete study delivers a Proposed Income Statement, three scenarios, and contract clauses.

• FIELD INSPECTION: Open the inspection with a signal and continue working even without it: photos, audios, notes, and GPS points are saved on the device and automatically synchronize when the connection returns.

• REURB ORACLE: Brazil's first artificial intelligence 100% dedicated to land regularization, responding based on the IBRF's technical collection.

• DIAGNOSIS AND FEEDBACK: Technical analyses generated by AI under the IBRF methodology: preliminary classification of your area and response to the registry office's requirements. These are preliminary studies to support the professional, not official opinions.

• MODELS: The collection of REURB documents, step by step, from initiation to registration.

• THEORY, COURSES, VIDEOS, AND BOOKS: The institutes explained one by one, the classroom, the recorded collection of congresses, and community publications.

• NETWORK, JOBS AND MEETINGS: the national directory of professionals, the job opportunities board, and the institute's meeting rooms.

• USEFUL LINKS: official sources organized by topic and state: federal legislation, CNJ (National Council of Justice) provisions, and the regulations of your state's ombudsman, always with a link to the agency's website.

Create your free account and try it out: first analysis of the Diagnosis and Feedback on the house, three questions to the ORACLE, the collection of event videos, and the first field inspection.
