Get to know TUCCA:
TUCCA was founded in 1998 by doctors, parents of patients and representatives of civil society, with the aim of increasing cure rates and improving the quality of life of low-income children and adolescents with cancer, ensuring access to excellent treatments.
With the aim of caring for the patient in the broadest possible way, not only from a medical point of view, but also socially and emotionally, a multidisciplinary team accompanies patients and their families during the treatment of the disease until they return to their usual activities.
In partnership with Santa Marcelina Saúde, TUCCA maintains a reference center for the treatment of childhood cancer, which has benefited more than 5,500 children and adolescents, achieving high cure rates.
