In the past, every time I make a payment, I get an error message but generally get an email saying that the payment went through. However, this month, I've tried making a payment 3 times now (once about a week ago, and twice in the last hour), and I haven't received an error message OR an email confirming my payment. My HOA is incredibly fascistic/draconian when it comes to anything going against HOA requirements/guidelines. I don't want a late fee or a warning. This is awful.

It's an OK app to use, but I would like to be able to pick the time instead of picking blocks of time for reservations. Even if it could be set to 1, 2, or 3 hours etc. it is not user-friendly for this option. It's only on the back end for the person who sets up the blocks of time to set. it and I don't like it because it sends an email to everybody on the list for each block of time that is taken. So, set beginning/ending time in hopes people know in between times are taken. Poor setup.

The app frequently (about 80% of the time) won't load on my Android phone without me restarting the phone. No idea why it does this. Edit: I figured out I can get the app to load properly if I execute a Force Stop on it. It will re-start and load properly. This is better than restarting my phone. To date I haven't had any help from Tech Support, despite a flurry of emails. Lot of chatter, no action.
