This app is terrible. I use it because I have to in order to pay my dues but it doesn't even do that now. For a long time, every time I pay my dues it would give an error then I had to watch my email to see if it actually went through or not. Today it's still giving the error and it seems like the payment isn't going through. Or I've paid my dues 4 times. Who knows? Since this app never works right. -Now 3 days later it won't even load the payment area for me to attempt to make a payment again.

just awful all around. Web app has features that aren't in this app, and the web app isn't responsive. the sign up process is painful. the name field is editable...but then they say you're not allowed to edit it. I can't imagine why an association would sign up for this dreck. oh, and the app doesn't appear as "TownSq"; it appears as "community" (which is utterly ridiculous).

In the past, every time I make a payment, I get an error message but generally get an email saying that the payment went through. However, this month, I've tried making a payment 3 times now (once about a week ago, and twice in the last hour), and I haven't received an error message OR an email confirming my payment. My HOA is incredibly fascistic/draconian when it comes to anything going against HOA requirements/guidelines. I don't want a late fee or a warning. This is awful.
