This applicaton is very ruudimentary. There are very few things you can do with it. I could not read the documents. I could not edit my profile, so it does not show my name and address for everyone to see. There are not FAQ to help solve the problems. I asked my property management to change my email address where they were sending the emails and now I am receiving duplicate messages on both e-mail accounts. Please, HELP!

Hi, Milly. Can you contact our support team at support@townsq.io? They can help assist you with the app and its functionality. In your settings you can choose to have your information hidden from residents in your community, however it will still display for you. We look forward to hearing from you.

Can't update an incident. They can respond to it but you can't put any updates therefore you're forced to create a brand new incident to continue communicating with them. I don't know if that's by design of the app or if it's the HOA who has turned off the ability to respond but you guys might want to look into it. Happy to be re-review the app and increase the Stars once this bug / feature is corrected

Hi Christie, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustrations. When submitting a request, your management company can turn on/off if you can respond to their message to continue the dialog. If that functionality is turned off, you must open another request.
