I don't know where to start with this app. There are so many issues, the user interface is extremely jumbled, there's no way to search posts, the process of posting something is needlessly tedious, as many have mentioned there's no editing or deleting a post, pictures never load properly, the app moves too slow. This app has the potential to be extremely useful but at present using it is a chore. I wouldnt keep it on my phone if it wasn't my HOAs preferred method of contact

UPDATE: User error, the app gives the ability to show/hide name, address or phone number. Also, phone auto complete settings screwed me by filling in EVERY block. So be careful when setting up your account. (Original rating/ recanted) Not intuitive to change your name. Anything that is posted has full name and address, safety issue. Also, no way to go back and put initials on posts or comments to prevent full name from being plastered everywhere.

Not worth the space on your cell. It needs access to pics,etc just to download a pdf. Plus, its buggy - kept telling me it was unable to do things like save privacy settings. All this is easily available on the website so what the advantage of an app? It's not like the website is very complex. In addition, i don't like having to pay a fee to pay my bills. None of my other accts charge this fee. So, no...I'm not happy with TownSq.
