About this app

Netcore is the app to access your internet provider's system. Register your company's system link once and enter directly into the customer area, without needing a separate app for each provider.

FOR THE CUSTOMER
• View your open and paid invoices
• Open the payment slip and the second copy, with Pix copy and paste
• Request a trusted unlock when needed
• Test your connection speed

FOR THE TECHNICIAN
• View the day's service orders, upcoming ones, and completed ones
• View the customer's address, CTO, and connection data
• Attach photos of the service via camera or gallery
• Open the map and track your location
• Receive a notification on your cell phone when a new service order is scheduled for you

FOR MANAGEMENT
• Access your provider's administrative panel via your cell phone

MULTIPLE COMPANIES ON THE SAME DEVICE
If you serve or are a customer of more than one company, save each one in the list and switch between them with one tap. Each company maintains its own login.

What appears in the app depends on the features your provider has enabled in the Netcore system. To begin, ask your provider for their system link.

Privacy: The app uses the camera only to attach service photos, location only to show your position on the technician's map, and notifications only to alert the technician of new work orders. The login and data are those of your provider's system.

Primeira versão do Netcore: cadastre o link do sistema do seu provedor e acesse como cliente, técnico ou administrativo. Salve várias empresas e troque entre elas em um toque. Faturas e 2ª via, ordens de serviço com fotos e mapa, e aviso por notificação quando uma OS é agendada para o técnico.
