First off, THANK YOU for the giant update. It was frustrating having to log in every single time I loaded the app. The layout was horrendous and not user friendly at all making it difficult to get to the current episode we are playing, with no picture in picture support and no option to download and watch on the go. I am happy to see those changes have been fixed!! Hopefully it stays this way.

if i could give 0 stars I would. The update is terrible the app doesn't work. I got logged out of my account when it updated and i have tried signing in on my phone and through the Roku app to no avail. I now have an annual subscription for an app I can't even access. I've requested email password assistance for 3 days now and have gotten no response.

I have not officially downloaded this app again. Registering and signing into this app is difficult. To Ms. Diana- I absolutely love the dolls. The new dolls are great, I guess. The new platform doesn't allow us to get to know the dolls and the other rivals. You can't see the whole performance. I really miss the old platform. 😪 Being able to see the highs and lows of each doll. Just being excited to see the next battle.
