CCAPP is a browser for COMMERCIAL or DIGITAL CITIES that facilitates the daily lives of its members, uniting City Halls, Companies, Shopping Malls and Communities, bringing information and free internet to everyone connected to its networks.

IMPORTANT:
Access will only be permitted by creating a CCAPP account on the APP itself.

TERMS OF USE:
You must be logged in to browse a COMMERCIAL or DIGITAL CITY.
CCAPP will be allowed to use randomUUID or Cookies or Sessions automatically to identify or facilitate your browsing and other data will be entered optionally by its users.
randomUUID are universally unique and random identifiers that aim to enable unique identification in distributed systems, without central coordination.
Only CCAPP may block or cancel access or an account if an attitude or action is determined to be illegal by CCAPP itself by its users.
The rules and control of access to DIGITAL CITIES networks must be made by the respective DIGITAL CITIES.

PRIVACY POLICY:
DATA COLLECTION (1)
1.1 _ User data will be collected in two ways: Automatic and additional capture
1.1.1 _ Automatic capture:
This is automatically generated data such as: randomUUID, cookies and sessions, used to identify or facilitate navigation.
1.1.2 _ Additional data:
These are the data entered by the users themselves, such as: Address, Telephone, E-mail and others, generally used for contacts and optional by their holders.

It is important to provide your additional data and keep it up to date.

DATA SHARING (2)
2.1 _ The login data for a CCAPP account, such as: Name, telephone number, CPF or password, will be individual for each holder in their respective COMMERCIAL or DIGITAL CITIES.
2.2 _ Additional data such as: Address, Telephone, E-mail and others will be used to locate or contact a user quickly, however when they are not informed by a decision by their holders, the APP will be the only means of contacting the customer.
2.3 _ Access permissions to the data of its users' CCAPP accounts do not give them the right to record this data in other banks that are not developed and published on CCAPP.COM.BR.

USING GPS (3)
3.1 _ CCAPP uses GPS to provide location services. You authorize the application to access your current and historical location.
3.2 _ CCAPP is committed to respecting your privacy and not sharing your location information with third parties, except in cases where it is necessary to provide the application services.
3.3 _ CCAPP will store your location information for a reasonable period of time necessary to provide the application services.
3.4 _ You have the right to edit your location information, delete or refuse the use of GPS.

USING CASHBACK CCAPP (4)
4.1 _ CASHBACK CCAPP is a virtual personal reimbursement service offered to Companies in a LOCAL COMMERCIAL CITY to return part of the money spent by their customers to them.
4.2 _ The money returned to the customer is stored in a VIRTUAL DIGITAL WALLET developed by CCAPP and managed by all companies in the group for each customer who can use this amount for a new expense or at any other company in the COMMERCIAL CITY.
4.3 _ CASHBACK does not need to be declared in income tax, as it is not an asset increase or an income measurement.

DELETION OF DATA (5)
5.1 _ On the website www.ccapp.com.br, there is a menu link called "DELETE ACCOUNT", which provides all the information and procedures for deleting an account or data.
