I like this loyalty program with Ray's. I can use my points when I want to. I claimed a 1000 point reward on the app earlier today. Later on when I went to the store, when I got to the register , it took ten dollars off my receipt. Very cool!

I am having a terrible time getting into this app and or switching over from the old one it keeps kicking me out and there was no phone number for support or anyone to call to clean the slate so I can start over even the forgot my password is not working.

New Rays app keeps crashing...my phone warns me and puts the app to sleep. I liked the other one better. I will uninstall for now.
