This is the worst online banking app by far. The process of registering to become a new user is very frustrating. I definitely did not know that the bank has to issue a temp password before you can actually log in. Also the app looks very old fashion and hard to navigate. I don't see my account balance. I can't transfer any money because it appears as if my account number isn't link. Very crazy app. Please upgrade this app . Very Useless!

This app needs a major upgrade. I don't if Fidelity had it this way on purpose but I can't see my loan balance or make payments on it through the app. It's 2021! Why can't I?! I also can't see my credit card balance either. This app sucks!!!

Impossible to log in, security questions don't work either. Very frustrating, I haven't been able to see my transactions online for the last 2 weeks.
