I have renewed by vehicle registration using this app and paid the amount, however I couldn't complete the registration process due to my net fluctuations. more frustrating thing is this app is sensitive to slightest net fluctuations and can't even load information contained in there to proceed further. the keyboard doesn't show to enter our password while offline. Needs mega upgrade if its meant for the public service by fixing this issues.

The most useless app I have ever come across in Bhutan. Cannot reset pin, all the pages are shown as not found when clicked. I wonder how much money did rsta pay to get this app. Use some of our fees and payments to get a better app developer. It's high time and been long since your app doesn't work. And the audacity of the rsta people telling us to get the app and saying "all the info is there". I wonder do they even use it? Please fix this app asap.

Thought the latest app would be great but it's as usual, cannot change the pin, even after filling up all the credentials a dialogue pop ups saying PIN has been reset successfully but where the hell is PIN going, it's neither in my mail nor receding a SMS. Just stop this app if you cannot fix the issues.App isn't opening and while requesting for the new password, I am not getting the otp.
