MyRICB is a mobile application of Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited. It is a free, secured and convenient insurance application designed to facilitate the following functionalities:
1. Repayment of Loan Installments
2. Deposit of Life Insurance Premium
3. Deposit of Deferred Annuity Premium
4. Viewing details of Loans and Insurance Policies
5. Payment on behalf of others
6. Generating online statements such as Loan, Private Provident Fund and Group Insurance Scheme statements

* Confirm your registration by inserting the OTP number - SMS received in your mobile.
* Login with your CID to view details of your Insurance Policies and Loans with us.
* You can pay your Loan Installments and Insurance Premiums by connecting to secured RMA Payment Gateway.
* You will be notified by SMS once your Loans and Insurance policies are updated.
* By Selecting "Pay For Others" you can also track and simultaneously pay on behalf of your friends, family and relatives.
* Generate online statements such as Loan Statement, Private Provident Fund Statement and Group Insurance Scheme memos.

I wonder if they read these constructive feedbacks and actually make sure all the problems are rectified. First, I was unable to log in into the app and called the hotline seeking help. They did help me, changed my password. Now I can't change the password unless I click "forgot password" option. Now, this is the problem, Idk how my wrong phone number got updated. The funny thing is, I can't update/change my own profile details in the app. This is so ridiculous! Doesn't deserve one star also.

If this is best, RICBL can do then, please remove the app from the app store. What was promised is not delivered. Both the email and other contacts for the help line are either busy or unresponsive. What is going on?? From a very unsatisfied user 🫡

This apps worked well in earlier versions of android but have problem with Android 15. It's not login properly - stalling and payment seemed fine but can't generate report. Needs updating.
