The BTA mobile application enables customers to:
- manage all active insurance policies in one place;
- file damage claims quickly and conveniently;
- monitor the status of the submitted claims procedure;
- submit an electronic health insurance card;
- check the compensation limits of your health insurance program;
- make payments and conclude new insurance contracts;
- contact BTA customer support;
- use biometric authentication;
- receive notifications about payments, claims and other important updates.
Initial access to the application is through bank authentication.
In the future, the application can be entered using a personal PIN code or biometric solutions on a mobile device, such as a fingerprint or facial recognition.
